Additional Property
Each additional property under the same parent organization bills at standard tier rate. Portfolio view unlocked at 3+ properties.
Multi-locale Intelligence
Native-language sentiment modeling across 17 locales. Adds localized topic taxonomy and market-specific correlation signals.
White-label Reporting
Export the morning briefing in your own brand. Weekly and quarterly reports delivered as board-ready PDFs with your imprint.
Onboarding — 48 hours, five steps.
Scope
30-minute call to confirm properties, comp set, and briefing cadence. SPC does not collect, scrape, or ingest data on its own — every feed reaches us only through a written consent agreement with your team, on the scope you authorize. We analyze what you choose to share, and nothing else.
Backfill
We pull 18 months of historical review data across your primary sources and normalize it into the SPC schema. First sentiment trajectory is ready before lunch.
First Briefing
Your first morning briefing lands on day 2. You get dashboard access, a team walkthrough, and the first pattern-of-three flags — if any — already in the queue.
Frequently asked.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Annual plans are prorated if cancelled early. We'll export your data and briefings in CSV on request — you own the record of your property's intelligence.
Do you integrate with our PMS?+
SPC runs entirely on data you authorize and share with us — reviews, booking, PMS, guest-feedback feeds — under a written consent agreement. Connecting your PMS is how you get the most accurate picture. With booking data and room-level signals wired in, sentiment patterns snap to real revenue, and sub-aspect flags resolve to named rooms, shifts, and rate plans. It's also the foundation for where we're going: our roadmap is revenue management — closing the loop from signal to price and inventory decisions, on your behalf.
How is pricing calculated for portfolios?+
Per property, at tier rate. At 3+ properties we unlock the portfolio view and roll up cross-property patterns. At 10+ properties, we move to custom enterprise pricing — email us.
What data do you need to get started?+
Property profile, the review and feedback exports you're able to share, and a signed scope for which feeds we analyze. Optionally: comp set context, PMS and booking extracts, and a 30-minute call to calibrate your briefing tone.
Is the briefing AI-generated or human?+
AI-drafted, editorially supervised. The model composes the briefing from the day's signals; a human editor reviews the Enterprise narrative reports before they ship. You can swap between analyst and editorial tone in the dashboard.
What does "14-day SLA on critical" mean in practice?+
When the urgency model flags a critical event — health & safety, service failure, or a pattern-of-three — we commit to surfacing it within 14 days of the triggering review, with rationale and recommended action. In practice the median is under 72 hours; the 14-day figure is our contractual ceiling.
